Building on almost two decades of designing and implementing first-of-their-kind programs, as well as many years of managing workplace conflict and co-creating strong teams, I work with nonprofits, community-based organizations and across other sectors to design cutting-edge initiatives and respond to workplace needs.
Sample offerings
Workshops: Every workshop is tailored to the unique needs of the organization. The following are examples:
Relationship-building workshop. This workshop can be used to kickstart a new team culture or to operate as a “reset” for teams that have become fatigued by zoom in the post-pandemic workplace.
Generative conflict workshop. This workshop is designed to help participants get more comfortable with conflict, along with strategies for how to best release tension before it builds.
Giving good feedback. This hands-on workshop helps participants understand and practice (!) the elements of good feedback.

Facilitating restorative responses for staff:
Assisting organizations that need to foreground a difficult conversation around a particular incident of harm or to resolve conflict using restorative approaches.
